LET US HELP DURING THIS DIFFICULT TIME
If you or a loved one has recently been diagnosed with cancer, we understand how stressful and scary this time may be. The Cancer Resource Alliance was formed to help Montezuma and Dolores county residents during this time of need. Our organization provides annual grants of up to $500 to an individual who is in need of financial assistance. The Cancer Resource Alliance also continues to assist women in our area with free breast and reproductive screenings with our providers.
APPLYING FOR FINANCIAL ASSISTANCE
Applying for financial assistance is easy and simple. Grants are given to individuals who reside in Montezuma and Dolores counties and who have been recently diagnosed with cancer or are in cancer treatment. To qualify for assistance the applicant must fill out the required application and submit a physicians statement of cancer diagnosis.

Upon receiving the application and required documents, the organization will review the application in a timely manner.
